considered one of the healthiest in the world.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food is treated as a social ritual &#8211; meals are often eaten together, slowly, and without rush.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abundance of vegetables, olive oil, fish, and seafood.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moderate meat consumption (mainly lamb and chicken).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Frequent snacks (meze) &#8211;
